What is the return policy at Prishasworld?

This means that if you change your mind, you have 30 days from the date you receive your goods to return them to us for a full refund.
All we ask is that the item is returned to us unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Will I have to pay for return an item?
If the item you wish to return is not faulty, you will be responsible for paying the returns postage costs you incur.
If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, or develops a fault within the warranty period, we will provide you with a free returns postage label.
How do I return an item?
Before you return any items to us, please send an email to support@prishasworld.co.uk. We will issue you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to send the return.
When will I receive my refund or replacement?
Once the returned goods have been received by us, we will process a refund or replacement within 3-5 working days.
Refunds should appear on your bank statement within a further 3-5 days (dependent on your bank) and replacements will arrive within a further 3 working days (another dispatch confirmation will be emailed).
How will I be refunded?
We will refund you via the same method in which you paid. All refunds will go back onto the same card / account used at the time of purchasing.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please call or message us on +44 7584 064790 as soon as possible. If you have ordered outside of our office hours, please email us at support@prishasworld.co.uk. We are able to cancel an order up to the point of it being handed over to the carrier.
If the item(s) has already been dispatched, you will need to send the item back to us under our 30-day money-back guarantee. If we receive your call or email after dispatched you will be liable for return postage.
