International Deliveries
For all international deliveries we cover the cost of export only. Deliveries to EU countries and other countries may incur import taxes and custom duties, which are payable by the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot say how much these might be as they vary from country to country.

All orders placed before 11am (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the following working day. A dispatch confirmation will be emailed to you, which will include an estimated delivery date and tracking links (for most carriers)
We use a range of carriers to deliver your order, which is determined by the size, weight, value of the goods and delivery address location
Yes, most carriers will notify you via email or SMS prior to delivery with a specific date and time. You will also be able to track yourself via the link provided in your dispatch email or carrier’s website.
A signature may be required upon delivery of some orders. You will be notified of this in your dispatch confirmation email and /or by the courier directly.
The carrier will post a ‘you were not home’ card which will include their contact details for you to arrange a re-delivery directly with them. Goods are typically held by carriers for 5 working days before being returned to our warehouse.
You will then need to contact us with further instructions. If you require us to dispatch the goods once more, an additional charge may apply.
If your parcel appears to be damaged upon arrival, then please refuse delivery and /or contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We all try our best to deliver with timeframe but sometime it is out of our control. However if you do not receive your order within the given timeframe, we will refund any postage costs you incurred at the point of order.
